Since 2008 Shannon has worked in the health industry and has always had a passion for helping others. In 2015 when her grandmother took ill, and her mother had to stop working to care for her she realized that this was a common factor in the lives of those who cared for their loved ones. Eager to help others Shannon started working as a case manager to help other families take care of their loved ones with long term illnesses and disabilities.

DeAndre Nordt worked in the Home Care business since 2012. As the senior enrollment representative for the Office of Long-Term Living. He transitioned to working in the Home Care field because he wanted to be able to make more of an impact on the ground level. He began to learn what it was like to manage an agency during his first assignment as an Administrator, after he left the Office Of Long Term Living.

In 2018, he and Shannon established Keystone Passionate Care. Wanting to pursue their passion together to help people, they recognized that they needed complete control of how their engagement within the marketplace needed to take place. Since they opened their doors, they have served 100’s of clients struggling with difficult health challenges in 8 different counties in central PA.

Because of our willingness to help people, their tireless work has required that they employ many in local communities. With a foundation and business philosophy that “Family Helps Family” they have succeeded beyond their expectations.

Shannon and DeAndre’s passion for healthcare continues to burn as they plan to branch out into different areas and tap into helping those with mental and intellectual disabilities in the months and years to come.
